Boat and Bike in Croatia

Welcome to your bike and boat vacation in Croatia! Embarkation takes place in Rijeka from 11.00 to 12.00. You will then sail to the island of Krk, one of the largest islands in the north of Croatia. You anchor in Njivice and set off on your first bike tour: The destination of your short round trip to warm up is the small harbor town of Porat. You then cycle back to Njivice, where a delicious dinner awaits you on the ship. You will spend the night in the port of Njivice.

After breakfast, we cycle from Njivice via Čižići to Vrbnik. The old town is located on a rock on the east coast - perfect for souvenir photos! The area is famous for its golden-colored Zlahtina, a wine from the surrounding vineyards. Refreshed, we head uphill to the highest point of today's stage. From here you have a magnificent view of the Baška Valley, which stretches all the way to the southern end of the island. You then roll downhill to the harbor town of Krk. Your ship will be waiting for you there. You will spend the night in the port of Krk.

A short boat trip takes you to Lopar, at the northern tip of the island of Rab. You then cycle across the island, which has a very contrasting landscape: the side facing the Adriatic Sea is lushly wooded, while the side facing the mainland of Croatia is very barren. The most beautiful town on the island is Rab, your destination, which you reach around midday. Pretty little towers adorn the old town. Strengthened after lunch on board, you explore the 1400-hectare Kalifront forest park with its holm oaks up to 1,000 years old. After the city tour in Rab, you can have dinner in one of the restaurants.

You can explore the island of Pag by bike and boat in Croatia today. First you sail from Rab to the northernmost tip to Lun and then hop on your bike. Olive trees, lush meadows and stone landscapes accompany you to Novalja, where you take a break. You then cycle on to Mandre to the boat. After lunch, you have the afternoon at leisure. Enjoy sunbathing on deck, discover secluded bays or try the island's famous Pag sheep's cheese.

The day starts relaxed with a four-hour crossing to the next island: Lošinj. Enjoy the view of Croatia from the water! A delicious lunch is served on board in a bay on the way. When you finally arrive, you cycle through deep green pine forests and past romantic bays. Colorful flowers accompany your bike tour through one of the sunniest places in Europe! The highlight of the round trip is the beautiful harbor town of Veli Lošinj. Back in Mali Lošinj, you have the opportunity to dine in one of the many restaurants.

Today you don't travel to the island of Cres by boat, but by bike. Both islands are connected by a bridge. You cycle from your ship to Osor, where you cross the swing bridge to the island of Cres. Your destination is the picturesque town of Cres. There are beautiful beaches around Cres, which are reminiscent of the Caribbean with their azure waters. You will have enough time in the afternoon to discover them on your own. In the evening, the crew will be waiting for you with the Captain's Dinner.

The last stage of your bike and boat vacation in Croatia consists of a round trip from Cres town to the village of Predošćica. There is a viewpoint where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea and the islands of Croatia. After lunch on board, your ship will drop anchor in a turquoise-blue bay. Take advantage of the last opportunity to swim before heading for Rijeka.

Your vacation by bike and boat in Croatia unfortunately comes to an end after breakfast. Enjoy a last ice cream in the port of Rijeka and take a few farewell photos of the ship that has accompanied you throughout your vacation before you start your individual journey home.
