Now you gollow an even route to the cozy little town of Maribo. A little further north you reach the harbor town of Bandholm. Today you will spend the night in Bandholm or in Maribo.

The walls and roofs of the houses in the fishing village are wrapped in straw which is unique in Denmark. In Stubbekøbing, take the ferry to the island of Bogø and continue by bike to the island of Møn. Your overnight stop is Stege, one of the oldest trading towns in the country.

Møn is particularly famous for its chalk cliffs. Møns Klint reaches up to 128 meters high, making it the highest cliff in Denmark. You reach your destination for the day at the harbor town of Køge.

You cycle along the Køger Bugt where there are always opportunities to take a refreshing dip in the sea, all the way to Copenhagen. Denmark's capital is known for its cosmopolitanism and offers its visitors a variety of sights. Visit Nyhavn with its colorful little houses, Amalienborg Palace, the Tivoli amusement park and of course the Little Mermaid at its harbor.
